What we collect

Through our application form we collect your name, relationship to the child, email address and phone number, and for each child: name, gender, date of birth, and optionally your city, home address and postal code. We also collect your preferred centre, earliest start date, expected attending days, how you heard about us, and any notes you choose to add.

Why we collect it

To place your child on our waitlist, to match your application to openings as they arise, and to contact you about tours and enrolment. We do not sell or rent this information.

Who it's shared with

Enrolled families' information is processed in the Parent platform, which we use to run our centres, including for daily updates, invoicing and payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not share application data with any other third party except where required by law or by our licensing obligations to Fraser Health.

How long we keep it

Applications are retained while they remain active on our waitlist and for a reasonable period afterwards. You may ask us to remove your application at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].

Email engagement

When we email you about your waitlist application or an opening, our email provider (Postmark) may report whether a message was delivered, bounced, marked as spam, or opened. Open tracking is used only to help staff understand whether an email reached you — it never changes your place on the waitlist or causes removal. Clicks on the action links in those emails (confirm interest, snooze, or withdraw) are recorded so we can update your application as you asked.
